Initial Assessment
One and a half hour initial assessment: $195
Occupational Therapy Visit
One hour OT visit: $110 Two hour visit: $150
Wellness Visit
Wellness Visit (Two hour minimum): $60
Payment Options:
At this time Thrive At Home is credentialed with Medicare Part B when skilled and medically necessary as well as private pay. Please connect with us to discuss options.
